I fixed it all by myself!...and todays bloom...

I went on YouTube and saw a video on the problem, it showed how to press on the screen for 15 seconds on the upper right hand side, so I did it and voila! Problemo elfixo! xD Yaay!

This one bloomed today,  Oteara Island Flare 'Fragrance' it's a mini Cattleya.

Uh oh...I got a situation here...

 

Looks like my laptop monitor broke! :(  It's 3/4 green, like a translucent green...

Seniors! My grandaughters seniors group. First day of school

Grand daughter in senior blue, her sister going to 6th grade, and grandson going to first day in university in highly appropriate tattered jeans and totally laissez faire 'look' ...;)

  My grand daughters seniors group entering the school today, balloons, bullhorns, the works, they wanted to make a splash!  Or intimidate the freshmen and sophomores xD

Update! So a biggie black out for the western side where I live...*sigh*

A huge power line broke and they've been rationing electricity, a couple hours one area, a couple hours another until they can get it up and running again. They're saying its on a tower in a very hard to reach area. But the Autoridad De Energia Electrica has one or maybe more helicopters! Don't they know how, or don't have the equipment to go up and fix it???

When the American companies were here they performed acrobatic feats way up on their helicopters, hanging from a harness trying to jockey a huge pole into position, so the crew waiting on the ground could secure it! And I know full well anyone here could do it also, but I don't see it happening!

So right now we have power, in a few hours we won't.  Oh but there's yet another increase in the bill coming next month...Yeah, gotta laugh not to cry...
