He seems better today. Antibiotics were changed.

The baby is very sick, hospitalized, apparently caught a bacteria from the mom say the doctors. My daughter was completely well, and even though she got a urinary infection in her seventh month of pregnancy which her doctor cultured and prescribed and she got rid of it. Or so they thought. Apparently weakened bacteria can still live in the urinary tract and not cause problems, but the baby catches them as he is born and they incubate, grow and at exactly his one month birthday he became violently ill.

It's extremely difficult to get a vein for IV and meds, he's received so many punctures it's just awful, awful, so much pain my God. Needless to say my daughter is absolutely distraught, I'm trying to keep it together for her, but inside I'm torn up every which way!
