I've been really, really, really sick! Only in the past week am I beginning to recover. The adrenals are messed up again because I had to have steroids for the asthma, but oh well, thank God I'm still alive and fighting...
So in the interim the house was painted a nice warm terracotta color which I think my daughter did for me as she knew this is the color I wanted. The baby was a year old on the 20th of September and my daughter had planned a party at a kiddie play land but because of the Covid all of those were closed so she decided to have a little party at home with the baby's fathers immediate family and us. She did hire a decorator for a safari theme. It was super nice, although after greeting the guests I went straight to bed as I was still too weak to be up.
My daughter also organized a smash cake event for the baby, I don't know anything about that, when I had my kids we didn't smash cakes xD She had it at the beach where she took the pregnancy pics with the same photographer.
While I was in the hospital my neighbor, the one that LOVES my Free carrot cakes, reached over and lopped off the flowers from a little plant my son had planted for me, Now I know she really hates me, but I wasn't aware, but I fixed her, I put all my palm trees right next to her line of view so now she doesn't have to see my flowers, and I planted 8 hibiscus plants in front of the house and porch, well my son did all the work because of course I couldn't. But it feels so good! So, so good. Thank you for all the prayers, they did reach the good Lord, I know...
