Arrivals...

Dominicans arriving this morning on the coasts of Rincon Puerto Rico, and this happens every month, sometimes more often...They usually have people waiting for them to take them to San Juan or give them a job of some kind, or they hide in the brush from the Border Patrol until they can come out safely.
