Going To Ponce...and Machu Pichu

Tuesday we went to Ponce. My daughter took a day off, she wanted to go to the Macy's in Plaza Del Caribe in Ponce 'cos it's nearer than Plaza Las Americas in San Juan. She went to buy herself her Christmas present, from her to her :) She got a Michael Kors smart watch in rose gold, holy cow, it's like a laptop in a watch, functional and beautiful too! I got my grandson a jacket for his birthday coming up in January, and a blouse for me for New Years Eve. PARTYYYYY! We already have the hat's, oh yeah I gotta show you the hats but that'll be the next post ;D

The drive to Ponce is called 'the scenic route'.  It's a lovely ride and the scenery is nice, entire communities nestled in the mountainsides, and Ponce once had a working petroleum refinery too, it's closed now though.

Oh, and my oldest son got himself his present and its the most coolest thing I have ever!!! Its a PlayStation Virtual Reality Gear, I think that's the name. It's a helmet like thing that  you put on your head and you look at videos that are 360* MAN!  I love it!

I went to the ruins of Machu Pichu last night and shit! I'll be damned if that's not as beautiful in it's own way as the Vatican or anything else! MAGESTIC and  BEAUTIFUL!!! It's as though I was there with the guides, it's actually scary cos you can feel the heights! The mountains with the mist, the steppes that are built into it! Some of the stones are HUGE! They must weigh tons! One wonders how they got to where they are! It's almost impossible!

 But the really wild and mind blowing thing is  that the Incas have always said that that was already there when they arrived! HELLOOOOO!   O'O

Anyway It was nice going to Ponce...Here are some pics, of course its better in person ;)...where I really I want to go is to Machu Pichu though...
