The scariest time! Thank God the neighborhood men cleared a sewage drain and the damn thing disappeared as quickly as it came on, it filled the street in a matter of seconds! Other places weren't so lucky. But we thought we'd have to climb up to the roof. I think everyone in Puerto Rico or any tropical island def needs at least a rowboat !
