LilacPR: Dani's Birthday Present video, and the practical joke! xD

My daughter's bedroom ceiling fan has been broken for a while now, only the lighting part works, and every time we go to Home Depot she stops at the lamp area and admires a crystal lamp that matches the one she got for the living room, but it's out of her budget at the moment so she never gets it.

So we were brainstorming what to get her for her birthday and she has all the perfumes she could want, clothes, she has her own style and hasn't recently admired anything that we could get knowing she likes and will wear it. So then I remembered the lamp! We went to Sam's first for my son to pay and there were these gorgeous Christmas decorations! I took photos to send her at work and she loves anything glittery and bright so she loved them, but then, we thought they were kind big for the front yard and since Maria knocked down part of the fencing around the subdivision we have the occasional influx of the 'lovers of others property' AKA thieves, so not such a good idea. Then we continued on to Home Depot and between my son and I we got the ceiling lamp for her .

Well my grandson came by, and we all started in on changing out the fan for the lamp. We wanted to surprise her when she got home from work!

But first my son, ever the jokester thought of sending her a pic of the taking down of the ceiling fan telling her he was going to fix it with a part he ordered. Then for the next pic he attached a regular fan hanging by the wire and texted her she would have to use this one while he fixed the other one! xD

She texted back Ugh no, leave it bare! Ahahahaa!

So she got home went to her bathroom, we followed, and as she stepped into the room from the bathroom, she looked up and said, in a whispered kind of disbelief at what she saw (because it was kinda dark in the room) "Quien compro esa lampara?" (who bought that lamp?) and then I was standing by the door, turned on the switch! She loved it! She said "la que yo siempre me paro a mirar" (the one I always stop to look at!) I filmed it for the grandson cause he had to leave but he wanted to see her reaction.

So happy birthday to my precious, wonderful girl!

My son who's birthday was also this month got some cool pillows and pillowcases he badly needed to change out what he had. Happy birthday to my wonderful,wonderful son! Here's the reaction video:
