Thanksgiving today...
So the hospital gave the turkey to all of it's employees on Friday and since my daughter has the freezer full of mothers milk and there's no room, so I thawed it and seasoned it with a paste made from butter, smashed garlic, Sazon, salt, pepper, Goya Adobo, fresh oregano and a little of my Caribbean green paste, all pushed under the skin and in cuts made into the skin, and made it today, and we ate turkey and all, no big deal, we'll have something else on Thursday. Thanksgiving is in the heart and mind anyway, every day, not just one day...
